Find Property Records, GIS Maps & Surveys
Search Delaware County property records by owner name, street address or parcel number, then review valuation, ownership, tax, building, transfer and map information connected with the parcel.
This guide shows what to type, how to fix a failed search, how to locate subdivision plats and survey PDFs, which tax dates and payment fees apply in 2026, and when to contact the Auditor, GIS Office, Treasurer, Recorder or Board of Revision.
Quick answer: use three official search methods
Use the Delaware County Auditor’s official Owner Search, Address Search or Parcel Number Search to identify a property. Use the Auditor GIS only after finding the correct parcel, then use the Treasurer for payment status and the Recorder for deeds, mortgages, liens and recorded plats.

Rental-property registration
Delaware County provides a residential rental-registration form requesting the parcel ID, rental address, number of units and an individual Ohio contact. Optional rent information is collected for mass-appraisal analysis but is not required under the form’s stated instructions.

Estimates use Ohio's 35% statutory assessment ratio and effective tax rate tiers averaged across major Ohio counties. Your actual bill depends on local school levies, voted millage, inside vs. outside millage splits, House Bill 920 reduction factors (HB 920), and special assessments.
