Find Ottawa County Property Records With the Right Auditor Search Tool
Ottawa County property lookup now uses an upgraded Auditor web portal. It is the right starting point for owner names, parcel numbers, addresses, tax-year records, manufactured homes, sales and property values.
Use the Parcel Viewer for lakefront, island and township map research. Use the Recorder for deeds. Use the Treasurer for tax payments. This guide shows exactly which official link to click and what to check before calling the wrong office.
Fast answer: open the official Ottawa County Auditor portal, then click Property Search. The current search page lets users choose tax year and search by location/address, parcel number, sales, name or custom fields.
Most useful shortcut: if you are researching a lakefront, island, mobile home, cottage, split lot or short-term-rental property, first confirm the parcel in the Auditor search, then open the Parcel Viewer for map context.
Choose the Right Ottawa County Property Tool
Ottawa County has separate official tools for values, tax payments, deeds and maps. This is the fastest way to avoid opening the wrong office page.

CAUV
CAUV has a one-time $25 application fee and annual renewal after acceptance. Soil rates are set by Ohio, not the County Auditor.
